28 February, 2000 hours: MPYC and the Monterey Youth Sailing Foundation present Mr. Tom Ehman, Jr. with an update on the America’s Cup.

The 34th America’s Cup is Mr Ehman’s eleventh AC campaign. He has been a rules advisor, team executive, event manager, Chairman of the Challenger Commission and for the past three campaigns had been Head of External Affairs for Oracle. Mr. Ehman now serves as the Golden Gate Yacht Club Vice Commodore, Managing Director of the GGYC America’s Cup Committee and Executive Manager of America’s Cup Properties, Inc. Stories, commentary and video will make the hour pass as fast as an AC 45 on a reach.

The Juniors will be holding a raffle as a Foundation fund raiser in lieu of an admission charge. This event s open to MPYC members, friends and the public. See you there!
